The company has modern and updated tool room equipped with High Precision Vertical Machining Centres to manufacture all the required tooling and dies in house for Forging & Sheet Metal Stamping.
Apart from this principal set-up, the tool room also has supporting machinery including Electrode Discharge Machine (EDM), Surface Grinders, Advanced Milling Machines and MNTR etc. to fulfill the desired tooling requirements. Every die is tooled with utmost precision of dimensional tolerance to render the forged part suitable for the ultimate applications.
